Mrs. Baird has been teaching off and on for 20 years. She loves being with her family and watching them succeed. She has 4 children and a husband. She enjoys being at home, cooking and trying new recipes, and going on short trips. She believes “ATTITUDE” is the most important thing a person can have. It has been said “Attitude is not what you do, but it is how you do it.” If you come into the school year and try you will succeed, but never give up. Mary-Anne Radmacher once said, “Courage does not always roar, sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying: I will try again tomorrow.” This is the attitude we need to never give up and try.
