Dear Antelope Allstar Families,

On behalf of the Antelope Elementary Staff, we would like to welcome you to the 2018-19 school year!  Our theme this year is Mission: Possible.  We believe that every student can do hard things and that all things are possible with hard work, a positive attitude, and trying your best.
I am incredibly privileged to be with you again this year. I am committed to working closely and collaboratively with the community to raise student achievement, and ensure safety for all students.
Communication is vital.  At Antelope, we utilize various ways to keep you informed of your child's progress, community and school events.  Our friendly front office is open daily for walk-ins or phone calls.  We have a website for you to visit as well as weekly school newsletters that come home in student folders and are sent via email. We also have a Facebook page that we update often. We will also employ the district callout system sharing with you upcoming events, reminders, and school information. Teachers and staff have e-mail addresses and are always available before and after school for a quick question.

Antelope is pleased to offer many exciting and enriching programs. This next year will be implementing a STEM Lab where students will be able to explore and try out their science and engineering skills.  We will also be implementing an Art prep where student will learn about master artists and the techniques they used to paint, draw, and sculpt.  We are also excited to announce that we will be starting a school choir and a school play this year.
We welcome parent involvement and would encourage you to get in involved in our PTA, Watch Dog Dads program, or our School Community Council.  Teachers can always use classroom volunteers as well.

This will be an awesome year!
